Returns/Refund Policy


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please get in touch with us as soon as possible regarding returns, as some items will not be accepted if an unreasonable amount of time has passed since your purchase (14-30 days would be considered reasonable, anything after 30 days is considered on a case by case basis).

For items purchased as Christmas presents, we will be happy to exchange for a different size where possible, or exchange for something else, but we cannot promise we will have the same items in stock after the busy shopping period.

To start a return, you can contact us at shop@mcknightandbrown.co.nz to let us know. We will get in touch with you as soon as we can to discuss the return of your item. We are happy to answer any questions you may have and will do our best to assist you.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
