Keep in mind that this is a guide only.
Many clothing brands stay close to these numbers, but some labels – including our European suppliers – tend to be a smaller/tailored fit, so you may need to size up in these brands.
Other labels can be more relaxed in fit, so you may find that you size down.
When it comes to Jeans – keep in mind that most denim has some stretch in it, and most jeans will give at least half a size when they are worn. Some people prefer to buy stretch denim a size down for this reason.
