SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping Rates
We offer FREE nationwide tracked shipping on all orders over $100 (NZD). Orders under $100 ship for a flat rate of $15. Fragile or oversized items ship for an additional charge regardless of order value (if applicable, this will be displayed at checkout).
Delivery Times
All our parcels are sent on economy tickets or in tracked courier bags. We do not offer expedited or overnight shipping, except by prior arrangement. We do our best to fulfill orders asap, but once they are collected from the store by NZ Post we cannot control how quickly they get to you.
Typically, delivery time frames are as follows:
- North Island: 2-4 business days
- South Island: 2-3 business days
- Rural areas may take 1-2 additional days
- During holiday periods or during extreme weather events, these timeframes may extend without notice
Geographic Coverage
We currently ship within New Zealand only. International shipping is not available at this time.
Carriers & Tracking
We use trusted carrier NZ Post. All orders include tracking, and you'll receive tracking information via email once your order ships. You can track your package using the link in your shipping confirmation email.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive tracking information via email once your order ships.
Store Pickup
In-store pickup is available at our Invercargill location: 30 Esk Street, Invercargill.
